Holland America Unveils New Beach Club, Food Pavilion at RelaxAway, Half Moon Cay

Holland America Line is completing significant enhancements on its private island RelaxAway, Half Moon Cay that will see a new beach club, food pavilion, and upgraded cabanas added. The upgrades marks the beginning of a yearlong celebration leading up to the destination’s 30th anniversary in 2027.

Guests who purchase a day pass for the Beach Club, which will be available for booking in early October, will receive priority tendering from the ship to the island. The Beach Club will also feature dedicated waiter service, all-inclusive alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, included beach accessories, specialty food and beverage offerings, and other special surprise moments.

Outside of the Beach Club, a new food pavilion will offer a complimentary island-only menu of favorites, and existing bars and eateries are being renovated. Cabanas are being upgraded, and the beach area will offer more daybeds. Upgraded canopy loungers for two and additional beach chairs create more space to unwind, while four pickleball courts add another way for guests to enjoy time ashore.
