Margaritaville at Sea Launches New Trade Management Portal

Margaritaville at Sea has launched an all-new Trade Management Portal, designed for travel advisors and packed with advisor-requested tools and more to help them manage and enhance their clients’ cruise vacations.
“This portal is the direct result of listening to our travel partners and investing in the tools they need most,” said Ron Gulaskey, senior vice president of sales & trade relations at Margaritaville at Sea. “As we grow our fleet and itineraries, we are equally focused on enhancing the resources that empower our advisors. This new system is an important milestone in our ongoing commitment to the trade.”
Using the portal, travel advisors can now:
- View, confirm, and modify pending and confirmed reservations
- Add onboard enhancements and upgrade staterooms
- Make payments directly or send secure payment links to clients
- Download client and advisor sailing documents
The launch of the portal follows a series of recent investments designed to strengthen Margaritaville at Sea’s relationship with the advisor community. A highlight of the recent investments is the expanded TradeWins Resource Hub, which provides advisors wit fleet overview sheets, brochures, social media assets, image libraries, and more.
The line also launched a monthly series of TradeWins webinars that offers training and news, and consistently attracts more than 400+ attendees. The linen also continues to grow its dedicated trade sales team.
The Trade Management Portal is located within the cruise line’s TradeWins Resource Hub.
