MSC Cruises had revised its winter 2027/28 deployment, pulling MSC World Europa from the Middle East and redeploying it to Europe. Simultaneously, the line is redeploying MSC World Asia from Europe to the Caribbean.
MSC World Asia will sail the Southern Caribbean, offering seven- and 14-night itineraries with embarkation available from Fort-de-France, Martinique; Pointe-à-Pitre, Guadeloupe; and Bridgetown, Barbados. Itineraries will visit some of the region’s most culturally-rich highlights including including Castries, Saint Lucia; St. George’s, Grenada; Philipsburg, St. Maarten; St. John’s, Antigua and Barbuda; Basseterre, Saint Kitts and Nevis; Roseau, Dominica; and Kingstown, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
MSC World Europa, which was originally scheduled to sail in the Middle East before those itineraries were replaced by the Caribbean, will instead sail in the Western Mediterranean. The ship will continue to offer seven-night itineraries in the western Mediterranean, sailing from a selection of convenient embarkation ports across the region.
Guests booked on MSC World Asia in the Mediterranean or MSC Meraviglia in the South Caribbean for Winter 2027/28 will have their bookings updated and will be contacted directly regarding any individual changes.
Guests booked on MSC World Europa’s Winter 2027/28 Middle East sailings, along with their travel partners, are being contacted directly with clear information on their options, including the opportunity to transfer their booking to another sailing or request a full refund.
