Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd., the parent company of Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises, and Regent Seven Seas Cruises, is introducing a new Loyalty Status Honoring Program, which acknowledges the loyalty status guests have earned across all three cruise brands on a per-cruise basis.

Beginning with sailings departing Oct. 15, 2025, members of NCL’s Latitudes Rewards, Oceania’s Oceania Club, and Regent’s Seven Seas Society, will be able to have their loyalty tier honored at the closest corresponding tier across all three brands on a per-cruise basis.

“We want our guests to feel rewarded whenever they choose to sail within our family of award-winning cruise brands,” said Harry Sommer, president and CEO of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. “With the new Loyalty Status Honoring Program, our guests can experience more of what makes each brand special, while still enjoying the loyalty recognition they’ve worked hard to achieve.”

Recognition is based on a predefined tier recognition chart and applies only during the cruise they’ve requested a status match for. In the event a guest has loyalty status with two or all brands, NCLH will honor the higher tier status.

According to the NCLH, the program underscores its dedication to rewarding its most loyal guests while encouraging them to discover the other brands in its portfolio without losing any of the benefits they’ve already earned.

Status matching is not automatic as guests must put in a request before sailing. The program opens for requests beginning today, Sept. 29, 2025, with the first eligible sailings starting next month on Oct. 15.

Requests must be sent in at least 10 days prior to departure to:

  • Norwegian: StatusHonoringNCL@ncl.com
  • Oceania: StatusHonoringOCI@oceaniacruises.com
  • Regent: StatusHonoringRSSC@rssc.com

The email must include: reservation number and sail date; ship name and brand of future sailing; NCLH loyalty program numbers (all enrolled programs); and full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number.

Travel advisors may submit on behalf of their clients if they provide all the required information.
