Silversea Cruises Appoints SVP of Global Sales

Effective immediately, Massimo Brancaleoni has joined Silversea Cruises as its new senior vice president of global sales. Brancaleoni will drive the cruise line’s global sales strategies across all channels, leveraging his 25 years of experience in the cruise industry to strengthen the cruise line’s position on a global level.

“We are delighted to welcome Massimo Brancaleoni as senior vice president, as we continue to bolster our global sales team to sustain our unprecedented growth trajectory,” said Barbara Muckermann, president and CEO of Silversea. “This is entirely new role for Silversea, which demonstrates our commitment to continuous growth and our deep partnerships with our travel advisor community.”

“I look forward to working closely with Silversea’s travel advisor partners,” Brancaleoni said. “We could not find ourselves in our leading position without their continuous support and I look forward to strengthening our partnership even more.”

Brancaleoni is an Italian national who most recently held the position of senior vice president of global sales at Costa Cruises.
