When Silver Nova launches in 2023 it will feature eight signature Silversea dining venues. Each of the restaurants will incorporate all-new design features, both formal and informal, giving diners a greater sense of space and a stronger connection to the destinations visited.

“Characteristic of Silver Nova, which will push boundaries in cruising, the dining experience aboard our newest ship will represent the latest iteration of Silversea’s unique take on luxury,” said Barbara Muckerman, chief commercial officer at Silversea Cruises. “From S.A.L.T. Kitchen – the first large-scale regional restaurant at sea – to The Marquee on deck 10, each of Silver Nova’s restaurants will benefit from innovative designs solutions that will bring the destination into view like never before.”

All of Silver Nova’s restaurants will be located on decks three, four and five, while The Marquee on deck 10 will house to outdoor dining options: Spaccanapoli and The Grill.

The eight restaurants onboard Silver Nova will be:

La Terrazza: With room for the highest number of guests (340), this guest favorite comprises both indoor and outdoor spaces on deck four, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The destination immersive venue features floor-to-ceiling windows for phenomenal vies as well as a 90-diner outdoor terrace.

Atlantide: The most spacious of the restaurants, Atlantide will accommodate up to 270 guests for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It will feature warm tones, fluted glass and natural stone flooring.

S.A.L.T. Kitchen: The expanded S.A.L.T. Kitchen on Silver Nova will have space for 160 diners and feature expansive windows that bring the destination inside. True to its concept, S.A.L.T. Kitchen will have a menu inspired by the destinations visited, from the Terrain menu, which adapts to the port of call, to the Voyage menu, which features the best recipes of each voyage.

La Dame: Silversea’s signature French restaurant will have space for 70 guests in a formal setting with gorgeous views and crystal accents.

Silver Note: Inspired by the jazz clubs of the 1920s, this 54-guest dining venue will feature a central stage for live piano music. The restaurant’s bar will be enhanced on Silver Nova with a fresh design and room for more guests.

Kaiseki: This intimate, 40-seat restaurant will serve pan-Asian cuisine in a Japanese-inspired setting on deck four.

The Marquee: An all-new concept for Silversea, The Marquee will be located on the port side at the back of deck 10 and will be home to two eateries: The Grill and Spaccanapoli. The al fresco venue has room for up to 220 guests and will be where the line’s trademark “hot rocks” culinary concept can be found. Due to its proximity to the swimming pool, The Marquee will welcome guests in a relaxed atmosphere, serving casual fare by day and offering dinner under the stars at night.

Arts Café: In addition to the eight restaurants, Silver Nova will feature an Arts Café in the center of the ship. Guests will be able to find snacks and light refreshments here.

Silver Nova is scheduled to launch next year and will be the first in the industry to be completely emission-free while docked in port. It will also be the line’s most spacious, with a space-to-guest ratio of 75 gross registered tons-per-passenger – the highest in Silversea’s fleet. It will have a crew-to-guest ratio of 1 to 1.3.
