The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection has appointed Tatiana Ferreira as its chief sales officer.
Ferreira brings more than 25 years of luxury sales experience at globally recognized consumer and hospitality brands. In her new role, she will lead sales strategy and execution with an emphasis on strengthening relationships with travel advisors.
“The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection has built an exceptional foundation and established a truly differentiated position in the luxury travel market,” Ferreira said. “I’m excited to work alongside our talented team and trusted travel advisor partners to further strengthen our global sales presence and welcome even more travelers to experience The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection.”
The seasoned sales executive began her career in leadership roles at The Walt Disney Company and Starwood Hotels & Resorts. She went on to hold executive positions at Louis Vuitton, Neiman Marcus Group, and Stuart Weitzman, notably raising and sustaining Louis Vuitton’s customer satisfaction score by 50 percent in less than a year as the company’s vice president of retail development for the Americas.
Most recently, Ferreira founded HarmonIQ Consulting & Advisory, which partners with executive teams, investors, and boards on customer experience, AI governance, digital transformation, and long-term growth.
Ferreira will report to Ernesto Fara, president and CEO of the Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection, and be based in the company’s Fort Lauderdale office.
“Tatiana brings a dynamic luxury background, global perspective, and an exceptional track record of driving commercial growth while elevating the customer experience,” Fara said. “Her ability to connect commercial strategy with operational excellence makes her an outstanding addition to our Executive Leadership Team, and we look forward to her leadership as we continue to grow our global sales organization.”
