Caesars Sells Las Vegas’ LINQ Promenade for $275 Million
by Daniel McCarthy /Caesars Entertainment is dropping some of its Las Vegas property, selling the LINQ Promenade to a group of real estate investors for $275 million. The deal should close sometime before the end of 2024.
The space is a shopping a retail destination between the Flamingo and the LINQ Hotel on the Strip that Caesars has owned for the last decade. It includes eateries like the Yard House, Virgil’s Real BBQ, and Favorite Bistro, along with Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas.
The deal does not include the LINQ Hotel, which remains in the Caesar portfolio.
