With the third season of “White Lotus” set to put the luxury travel spotlight on Thailand, Aleenta Resorts is getting ready for the surge in travel demand that is likely to follow by signing its Phuket property up for The Leading Hotels of the World. The brand’s Chiang Mai resort has been a member since April 2023.

Additionally, starting Sept. 15 the resort is introducing The Club at Aleenta room category and new butler service for selected suites and villas.

“The Club” accommodations

The Club at Aleenta is a new room category that includes upgraded in-room amenities such as complimentary mini-bar and Frette linens, along with priority check-in, guaranteed late checkout, daily afternoon tea, and an Aperitif & Canape cocktail hour.

At both properties there will also be a dedicated relaxation lounge available exclusively for Club guests.

At Aleenta Phuket Phang Nga Resort & Spa, 10 one-bedroom Grand Deluxe Pool Villas have been upgraded to Club rooms. At the smaller 44-room Aleenta Retreat Chiang Mai, eight Deluxe Balcony rooms have been dedicated as Club accommodations.

The Club at Aleenta rooms will start from $331 per night in Chiang Mai and $414 per night in Phuket.

Butler service

Also new is butler service (all trained at The British Butler Institute) for guests staying in three- and four-bedroom villas at both properties. According to Aleenta, the butler service will offer “an added layer of intuitive luxury” including personalized mini-bar setup and sleeping menu, packing and unpacking service, and dedicated service available 24/7 via WhatsApp.

Guests staying in The Club at Aleenta rooms will also have on-request access to concierge services provided by the butler team.

Both Aleenta Phuket Phang Nga Resort and Aleenta Retreat Chiang Mai are available to book via The Leading Hotels of the World.
