Amadeus to Integrate Chauffeur Service

Amadeus will integrate Berlin-based Blacklane’s global professional chauffeur service into its Amadeus Taxi & Transfer solution. The service will be phased into various Amadeus channels, beginning with online travel agencies, where it will be available by June. In the fourth quarter, it will be available to airline websites. In the third phase, it will be integrated into the Amadeus Selling Platform and Amadeus e-Travel Management, the corporate self-booking tool. Blacklane works with a network of “carefully selected,” independently licensed professional drivers in 49 countries and in 41 U.S. cities.
