Lyft Offers Free DeLorean Rides To Celebrate Back To The Future
October 21, 2015, marks the day in Back To The Future Part II when Marty McFly and Doc Brown arrived 30 years in the future. To honor this day, the car service app Lyft is offering free rides in the famous car used in the trilogy the DeLorean.
The special offer runs from 11 a.m.- 5 p.m. today in New York City. Travelers using the promotional code “Marty McFly Mode” on the Lyft app will get a free 15-minute ride around the city.
Sadly, these DeLoreans do not contain Flux Capacitors, so riders will not be able to travel through time. But it may allow them to relive a childhood dream.
