5Continents is expanding its sales team with the addition of Calgary-based Tammy Olivier.

The new role marks Olivier’s return to the travel industry. Her background is in customer service and sales, including seven years with Fun Sun Vacations.

“I’m thrilled to be back in the industry! I’ve had a passion for travel from the time I went on my first trip with my family to Disneyland and haven’t looked back since,” Olivier said in a release.

Olivier “is ready to help us take things to the next level,” said Sabrina Greca, 5Continents’ sales and marketing director.

David Boigné, managing partner, 5C, said he is “ecstatic” to welcome Olivier into the 5C family and strengthen the tour specialist’s presence in Western Canada.

“Being a purely B2B business with no plan to ever go direct to consumer, we want to ensure we put all resources in place to deliver the best service possible to the travel agents’ community,” he said. “The support we have been seeing from Travel advisors is absolutely phenomenal, it is just natural to give them even more support.”

Olivier can be reached at tammy@5Continentsca.com.
