Carnival Cruise Lines has introduced a “Great Vacation Guarantee,” which promises clients on 3-8 day cruises a 110% refund if they are unsatisfied within 24 hours of their departure. Carnival will arrange for the guest to leave the ship at the next port and provide transportation back home. Guests will also receive a $100 per stateroom onboard credit.
