Hotels In Puerto Rico Look To Ease Zika Concerns With New Safety Measures

To ensure travelers have a worry-free vacation, the Puerto Rico Tourism Company and the Puerto Rico Hotel & Tourism Association are taking precautionary measures against the Zika virus.

Hotels are spraying for mosquitos on a regular basis, chlorinating swimming pools, providing training to employees, offering free insect repellent for guests at check-in, as well as a brochure highlighting CDC guidelines and information regarding Zika safety.
