Introducing TMR’s Outlook on AI Trends

TMR’s Outlook on A.I. Trends in the Industry, 2025

Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) is changing the way we sell travel, and many within the industry have already embraced the emerging technology with open arms.

Today, Travel Market Report is proud to unveil its latest research, TMR‘s Outlook on A.I. Trends in the Industry, 2025. This is the first Outlook dedicated solely to A.I.’s role in the trade, examining what tools are popular, how travel advisors are using them, and what the overall impact has been.

Interestingly, three in four travel advisors are already using A.I. tools, with a further 15% planning to start soon. Of the advisors not currently using A.I., almost half (49%) said they didn’t have time to learn or experiment with it, and 45% said they didn’t understand how it works.

Of those who do use A.I., nearly 80% said that it had improved workflow and productivity. The survey found that content creation was the most popular application (65%), followed by trip research (52%), and client communication and support (38%).

With further insight into how and why travel advisors are embracing A.I., and what role suppliers play in supporting this digital evolution, we hope that TMR‘s Outlook on A.I. Trends in the Industry, 2025 will be a valuable resource.

The Outlook is now available to read online. For more original research, visit TMR’s Training & Resources tab.
