5Continents Names Jennifer Santa Cruz as Deputy Director of Sales

Canadian B2B tour operator 5Continents has named Jennifer Santa Cruz as its new deputy director of sales, effective Jan. 12, 2026.
In her new role, Cruz will support the sales leadership team in developing and strengthening relationships in the English- and French-speaking markets.
Cruz is a respected veteran in the Canadian travel industry. She brings to the role over 25 years of experience in sales, business development, and agency support.
