Collette Promotes Denise Sablone to EVP of Tour Development and Delivery

Collette has appointed Denise Sablone as executive vice president of tour development and delivery. 

Based in Plymouth, Massachusetts, Sablone will oversee the tour development process. She will lead the global teams responsible for Collette’s tours, including product design, contracting, operations, and delivery. She will also manage traveler relations, factoring in feedback as part of the post-experience evaluations.

Sablone has been in the travel industry for over three decades. She spent 22 years at Grand Circle Corporation, where she rose the ranks from director, worldwide operations to EVP,  worldwide operations. 

Collette, which is celebrating its 107th year, hired Sablone as vice president, tour delivery in 2017.      

“Denise has done tremendous work for Collette since joining our team in 2017,” said Jaclyn Leibl-Cote, president and CEO at Collette. “She is a change agent, holds accountability, and is open to new ways of doing things. Denise is a leading driver of excellence across this company and all of the areas she oversees and will be an asset to this team.”

Sablone stepped into the new role in January, 2025. She reports to Leibl-Cote.

“I am looking forward to a new challenge within the team,” said Sablone. “Collette has such a great reputation in the travel industry, delivering excellent service to its travelers. It’s an honor to take on an expanded role within this outstanding organization.”
