G Adventures Adds “Lando” Vehicles To African Tours

G Adventures is adding a new fleet of overland adventure vehicles to be used during its Africa tours starting this month.

Geared to Millennial travelers, the 10 new “Landos” will be equipped with 22 full-body seatbelts, reclining seats, and 66-gallon water tanks. The vehicles can also be upgraded with onboard WiFi, USB charges, and windows designed specifically for photography.

Globally, bookings for G Adventures’ Africa overland adventure trips have increased by 20% year-over-year, said U.S. managing director Ben Perlo.
