The Globus family of brands (GFOB) has unveiled its new trade portal and education platform for travel advisors, supported by an all-new trade brand campaign – “We’ve Got U.”

“When we tell advisors that we’ve got you, we mean it,” said Camille Olivere, chief sales officer for the Globus family of brands. “With this launch, we’re rolling out the proverbial red carpet for ‘U” – travel advisor partners – with messaging and new tools that showcases the fact that travel advisors are at the center of everything we do.”

In the first phase of its Travel Advisor Portal (TAP) revamp, the Globus family of brands has introduced the capability for advisors to share itineraries in a co-branded format with clients, and has improved navigation and search to make it easier for advisors to search for itineraries that meet clients’ specific needs and special interests.

Resources are available for all three Globus family brands: Globus, Cosmos, and Avalon Waterways.

The new TAP also features reservation management features, including access to documentation in real-time; a library of marketing materials; and new training tools.

“On our new, improved TAP, we’re providing advisors a one-stop-shop to explore next-generation river cruising options and a dozen styles of touring…” said Olivere. “For the first time, advisors not only have easy access to search our brands, styles, and itineraries in one place, they can now share the details directly with clients with a new ‘co-branding’ feature, providing a personal, call-to-action, offering them a seamless, research-to-booking platform, making it easier than ever to convert leads to sales.”

Also launching this week is the company’s new GFOB U education platform.

“Advisors are at the heart of our journey… We hope that our new trade marketing and messaging, focused on ‘U’ showcases our commitment to partnership and our gratitude.”
