San Juan Welcomes First New Hotel of 2018

Expanding its brand into a lifestyle hotel, global restaurant brand Serafina Restaurant Group debuted the Serafina Beach Hotel Tuesday in San Juan, Puerto Rico – marking the city’s first new hotel opening this year.

Each of Serafina’s 96 guestrooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the Atlantic Ocean or the adjacent Laguna del Condado. Five signature Serafina Oceanfront Terrace rooms feature an airy 140 square foot exterior balcony that extends over the pool deck, and the Positano Ocean Terrace Room includes a 280 square foot oceanfront terrace.

Serafina Restaurant Group will introduce three new dining concepts at the hotel, including the signature aMare Restaurant, serving Mediterranean and seafood cuisine fused with local Puerto Rican flavors.

Other amenities include a freshwater, ocean-front infinity-edge pool with an outdoor bar and three private indoor and outdoor venues for meetings and events.
