Selara Africa, the African-founded luxury Africa tour operator built exclusively for travel advisors, is expanding its portfolio of packaged tours with the introduction of Tanzania in Style, its first Small Group Departure.

Launching Dec. 15, 2026, the itinerary marks the debut of a new collection of fixed-date journeys, with departures guaranteed for as few as four guests and capped at eight, preserving the intimacy and personal attention of a luxury safari.

“Small group travel presents a real opportunity for advisors, particularly when they can offer clients the ease of a guided journey without sacrificing the experience of a private safari,” said Sherwin Banda, president, Selara Africa. “WithTanzania in Style, we wanted to bring those two worlds together, making it easier for advisors to sell Africa while giving their clients the kind of access and luxury they would expect from a journey designed just for them.”

With departures available from December 2026 through April 2027, the eight-night Tanzania in Style itinerary takes travelers through Tanzania’s iconic northern circuit, from the mist-draped rim of the Ngorongoro Crater and the calving grounds of Ndutu to off-road wildlife tracking within TAASA’s private Serengeti concession.

Luxury accommodations include Gran Meliá Arusha, TNS Ngorongoro Rim Lodge, TAASA Migration Camp, and TAASA Lodge, with safari and cultural experiences, light aircraft flights within Tanzania, and park and concession fees included.

Advisors can also incorporate personalized experiences tailored to their clients’ interests, adding a layer of customization rarely associated with traditional group travel. A limited number of rooms are available with no single supplement, making the journey particularly appealing to solo travelers, as well as couples and friends.

As with all Selara Africa journeys, advisors benefit from the support of teams in North America and Africa, with in-country partners and logistics managed behind the scenes. The Small Group Departure collection also offers sales and marketing resources, white-label delivery, and opportunities for advisors to reserve an entire departure for private groups.
