Shade Hotel In California Set To Open This Fall
The Zislis Group will open its second luxury boutique hotel this fall, the Shade Hotel Redondo Beach in California.
The 54-room hotel will also have a standalone, 9,034-square-foot culinary and events building with 12-foot windows that open onto the patio and can accommodate up to 250 guests. Sea Level, an upscale restaurant featuring California cuisine, occupies the first and third levels of the culinary building. The chef-driven, farm-to-table restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The main hotel building includes the AquaDeck, the hotel’s rooftop pool, where weekly seasonal pool parties will be held starting in 2017.
