ASTA Announces Key Registration Dates for 2026 River Cruise Expo

The American Society of Travel Advisors (ASTA) will be opening up registration for River Cruise Expo accommodations and post-event FAMs later this month. The registration is open to all confirmed registrants for the event, which will be held March 11 to 15, 2026 in Amsterdam.
VIP registration is the first to open, on Oct. 20, 2025, at 1 p.m. ET.
General admission+ registration opens on Oct. 23, 2025, also at 1 p.m. ET.
General admission registration then opens on Oct. 28, 2025, at 1 p.m. ET.
The 2026 event will feature 16 river ships, including a vessel from VIVA Cruises, a new entrant at the event.
Ten post-event FAM cruises are also available from AMADEUS (the 2026 ASTA President’s Cruise w/Zane Kerby), AmaWaterways (three options), Avalon Waterways, Riverside Luxury Cruises, Riviera Travel, Scenic, Emerald Cruises, and Tauck.
With the addition of new ships to the Expo lineup, there is now a limited amount of space available for advisors who have not yet signed up.
