Carnival Cruise Line Updates GoCCL with New Dashboard Tools

Effective immediately, travel advisors using GoCCL to book and manager their clients’ Carnival cruises have three new tools to use.
The first is an Upcoming Sailings tab, which advisors can use to view which clients have sail dates departing within the next 14 days. Advisors can see the status of their online check and for check-ins that are completed, can click through to print out their cruise documents for them.
Also new, under the Be the Hero Offers tab, is a way to share available stateroom upgrade offers with clients. By clicking on the new “Share Upgrade Offer” link, advisors can either choose to copy the upgrade link and send a personalized email, or send a Carnival-generated email.
The last tool added to GoCCL is a new sorting feature that lets advisors sort their clients’ booking information by creation date in descending or ascending order.
