MSC Cruises Canada has announced a new five-part webinar series developed for Canadian travel advisors, available in both English and French.

The five webinars will be hosted by MSC BDMs Annie Archambault, Mokhtar Kerkeni, Tammy Thompson, and Facinet Yansane, and will cover topics such as “Who is MSC Cruises,” “The Essentials,” and “Navigating the Web with MSC Book.”

“We recognize the exponential growth and increasing acceptance of our brand across Canada,” said Ian Patterson, country manager of MSC Cruises Canada. “Our aim is to equip our valued travel agents with the knowledge and resources necessary to authentically represent MSC Cruises and deliver outstanding service to their clients.”

Registered active participants of each webinar will receive a $50 bonus commission, and attendees will have the chance to win additional prizes, including a Caribbean cruise for two.

In other MSC news, the cruise line recently named Facinet Yansane as BDM for Western and Central Canada, based in Vancouver (BC). Yansane joined the company in January 2023 as a bilingual cruise consultant. He can be contacted at facinet.yansane@msccruises.ca.
