Emerald Cruises Adds Christmas Market, Douro River Sailings

Travel advisors with late requests for Christmas Market river cruises can look to Emerald Cruises for two additional sailings in late 2023. The line has also added two additional Douro River sailings in response to increased demand.
Christmas Markets
The new 2023 sailing dates are an eight-day Christmas Markets on the Rhine cruise departing December 16, 2023 and an eight –day Christmas Markets on the Danube sailing departing on November 24, 2023.
The Rhine River Christmas Market cruise travels between Basel and Amsterdam and visits markets in Cologne, Koblenz and Strasbourg. The Danube itinerary visits Christmas markets in Vienna, Budapest, Bratislava and Regensburg (Germany).
Douro River
Two new sailing dates November 18 and 25, 2023) have been added for the line’s Secrets of the Douro itinerary, extending the season further into fall.
