Brussels, Swiss Airlines to Migrate to New PSS
Brussels Airlines and Swiss International Air Lines will migrate to the Amadeus Altéa passenger services system during the weekend of Jan. 30-31. Both airlines’ reservations systems will be unavailable for about 15 hours, from 5 p.m. CET on Saturday, Jan. 30, to midmorning on Sunday, Jan. 31.
During the transition, no flights can be booked and no reservations can be modified, including code-share flights. However, passengers can check in for flights online or on Swiss’ mobile app or Brussels’ mobile website.
Brussels and Swiss join Lufthansa and Austrian Airlines, fellow members of the Lufthansa Group, on the Amadeus Altéa platform.
