Carnival Cruise Line Enhances GoCCL
by Dori Saltzman /Carnival Cruise Line has introduced four enhancements to its GoCCL Navigator booking platform for travel advisors, adding the ability for advisors to book accessible staterooms online, among other new features. Many travel advisors will see the changes as of today, with all of the new features becoming fully accessible to all users by the end of the week.

Along with a new design that makes it easier for searching, viewing, and comparing offers, the newest enhancements include:
Enhanced offer details: Fares are easier to review and compare to other offers with a simplified list of key benefits and fine print details.
Special offers red tag: Red tags will be shown to spotlight when clients have a special VIFP offer on a sailings.
Accessible staterooms: Booking accessible staterooms is now available on GoCCL.com, eliminating the extra step of having to call in for the request.
Side-by-side offer comparison: This feature has been enhanced to include price and benefits at-a-glance.
Desktop + mobile access: All updates are available across desktop and mobile to enable advisors to book wherever and whenever.
