Princess Cruises to Sail Largest-Ever Europe Season in ’26
by Dori Saltzman /Princess Cruises is planning its largest-ever Europe season in 2026, with more cruise and cruise/tour options than ever before. In total, Princess will deploy five ships to the region, and highlights will include new roundtrip Rome itineraries and the line’s return to homeporting from Copenhagen. Running
March through Nov. 2026, the European season will feature 59 itineraries, visiting 101 destinations across 29 countries, and ranging from five to 42 nights.
“There’s incredible demand for European vacations and we don’t see that slowing down anytime soon,” said Terry Thornton, chief commercial officer for Princess Cruises. “Guests should book early as our best pricing will be when these cruises first go on sale.”
Ships sailing in Europe in 2026 will include Sun Princess doing 7-, 14-, and 21-night Mediterranean voyages departing from Civitavecchia (Rome), Piraeus (Athens), and Barcelona; and Sky Princess sailing from Southampton on cruises ranging in length from seven to 28 nights to Northern Europe, the Canary Islands, and the Med.
New for 2026, Enchanted Princess will offer Mediterranean sailings roundtrip from Civitavecchia (Rome), ranging from five-, seven-, eight-, and 14-nights.
Also new, and for the first time, Majestic Princess will sail roundtrip from Southampton, offering British Isles and Northern Europe itineraries of 11, 12, and 14 nights.
After a six year absence, Princess will return to sailing roundtrip from Copenhagen with 12-night sailings onboard Sapphire Princess.
Clients can also opt to combine a cruise with a land tour with one of five Princess cruise/tours.
The 2026 Europe season goes on sale on May 23, 2024. Clients who are members of Princess’ Captain’s Circle loyalty program may book earlier, starting on May 16, 2024.
