Royal Caribbean is giving cruisers who enjoy traditional seating on a cruise but don’t like early and late dinner times a new option, Royal Caribbean Blog reports.

The third traditional dining time is offered between the 5pm and 8pm seatings, but the exact time varies by ship and itinerary. Start times can fall anywhere between 6:45pm and 7:30pm.

In an interview with Royal Caribbean’s senior vice president of food & beverage Linken D’Souza told Royal Caribbean Blog founder Matt Hochberg that offering a third option gives guests “more choice and variety and flexibility for their vacation.”

The cruise line has already tested the concept out on Wonder of the Seas and Icon of the Seas and is now rolling it out to the rest of the fleet, ship by ship, D’Souza told Royal Caribbean Blog.
