Royal Caribbean Reveals Details of Hideaway Beach on Perfect Day at CocoCay

When it opens in January 2024, Hideaway Beach, an adults-only space on Royal Caribbean’s Perfect Day at CocoCay, will offer a private beach, two pools, and seven spots for food and drink. The charge to enter the Hideaway Beach section will range between $39 and $89, depending on time of year.

“Hideaway Beach is a completely new vibe and experience that vacationers are looking for on Perfect Day at CocoCay,” said Michael Bayley, president and CEO of Royal Caribbean International. Everything from its hidden-like location to the exclusive beach and pools to the private cabanas is designed for adults who want a day just for them.”

By the water
Adults – 18 and older – who want to hit the water in Hideaway Beach can choose the actual Hideaway Beach, a one-acre stretch of white sand dotted with resort-style loungers, umbrellas, and in-water hammocks and swings.

Or, they can opt for the Hideaway Pool, with its swim-up bar, in-water seating and loungers, and DJ’d music. Here cruisers can also elect to rent on of 10 poolside cabanas that offer a range of amenities including cabana attendant service, a mini-fridge, charging outlets, and floating beach mats.

A third option is The Hideout, a heated infinity-edge plunge pool hidden away in a nook at the end of Hideaway Beach. Entry costs extra, as is only available to those who rent one of 10 Hideout Cabanas.

Food and drink
There will be seven spots in Hideaway Beach to grab something to eat or drink.

On the Rocks: The area’s “unofficial lookout,” this al fresco bar along the rocky shore will offer live music, TVs to watch sports, and games like pool and shuffleboard.

Hideaway Bar: The swim-up bar at Hideaway Pool.

Slice of Paradise: A new concept for Royal Caribbean, this pizza joint will have a bar and fresh-from-the-oven slices, including some with an island twist like a Bahamian guava barbecue chicken option.

Snack Shack: A staple on Perfect Day at CocoCay, this new location offers the popular menu of complimentary chicken sandwiches, burgers, fried mozzarella sticks, fresh salads, and more.

Beach Bars: Two full-service beach bars located on both sides of Hideaway Beach.
