The Travel Corporation (TTC) will introduce a dedicated Wellbeing Director present on Trafalgar, Insight Vacations, and Luxury Gold guided vacations, in the wake of new COVID-19 hygiene and physical distancing measures.

The new program, which excludes tours in Australia and New Zealand, will begin with the launch of its domestic trips this year.

The Wellbeing Director will help ensure adherence to all the latest guidelines and recommendations, and will be with guests from the first day throughout their entire journey.

TTC’s Wellbeing Directors will be trained in these three key areas: Personal Support and Assistance, Supplier Engagement and Compliance, and Daily Monitoring.

The Wellbeing Director will provide personal support with luggage management, ensuring all handles are sanitized during loading and unloading with guests’ belongings. They will also be able to provide guests with information on the latest international and destination developments as well as the best wellbeing travel tips.

They will also be responsible for the quality checks of all hotels, venues, and other suppliers during each journey to ensure that all travel partners meet the established criteria of TTC, WTTC, and WHO wellbeing protocol standards.

TTC revealed its “Safe Travels and Seamless Traveler Journey” global protocols earlier last month, including adapting to “the right size groups.”
