Westin Expands Fitness Offerings With TRX Training

Westin Hotels & Resorts is solidifying its place in the wellness segment by adding to its offerings, as the demand for health and fitness options continues to be important to travelers.

More than 200 Westin properties around the world will have TRX Suspension Trainers, a form of suspension training that utilizes body weight exercises, available in their fitness centers.

Westin will also introduce a new selection of fitness equipment. Starting next month, WestinWORKOUT Fitness Studios will also carry TRX-branded stability balls, jump ropes, kettlebells, foam rollers, and strength bands.

Known for its focus on wellness, Westin already parnters with New Balance to lend gym gear to guests, and offers amenities like Sleep Well Lavender Balm and SuperFoodsRx menus packed with nutritious food.  Earlier this year, it installed Peloton interactive fitness bikes at several properties across the U.S.
