TATAP Air Portugal is expanding its North American service, adding three new routes from the U.S. to Portugal for the 2025 summer travel season. The seasonal flights will run through fall and include:

  • Boston Logan International (BOS) to Porto Airport (OPO): Begins May 14, 2025, and operates through Oct. 10 on Airbus A321-LR aircraft.
  • Los Angeles International (LAX) to Lisbon Humberto Delgado Airport (LIS): Starts May 16, 2025, running four times weekly through Oct. 25 on Airbus A330-900neo aircraft.
  • San Francisco International (SFO) to Lajes Airport (TER) in the Azores: Launches June 3, 2025, operating weekly on Tuesdays through Aug. 25 on Airbus A330-900neo aircraft.

TAP already serves Boston and San Francisco, but the Los Angeles route is new, bringing its U.S. gateways to eight. Overall, TAP will offer more than 100 weekly flights from 11 North American airports, including New York, Miami, Toronto, and Cancún.
