Azamara Cruises is celebrating its partnership with travel advisors with a two-month “Celebration,” that includes the launch of a new destination immersion course and booking incentives.

“At Azamara Cruises, travel advisors are the driving force behind our continued growth,” said Michelle Lardizabal, chief sales officer, North America. “Their expertise, passion, and dedication shape the Azamara experience. With initiatives like the Azamara World Academy, our new Destination Immersion training, and expanded commission opportunities, we’re proud to honor their contributions and empower their ongoing success with meaningful rewards and resources.”

Leading the celebration is a new Azamara World Academy chapter called Destination Immersion. The course helps advisors better understand Azamara’s signature experiences including longer stays, curated excursions, and more.

Examples from the course include:

  • Destination Expansion: Azamara’s expansion from six to 22 once-in-a-lifetime experiences including the Monaco Grand Prix and British Open.
  • Elevated Excursions: Guests can now select from more than 13,500 shore excursions, with 246 evening and overnight options.
  • Onboard Cultural Engagement: Advisors will be the first to learn about 34 new AzAmazing Evenings and Stories Under the Stars featuring destination speakers.

To thank advisors for their partnership, the Travel Advisor Celebration also includes a range of rewards for those who complete all five Azamara World Academy chapters.

Rewards include the ability to earn up to $1,000 in bonus commission on any new FIT bookings made between Sept. 1 and Oct. 31, 2025.

Additionally, any advisor who completes the Destination Immersion chapter and then sells one Azamara cruise will be entered for a chance to win an Azamara cruise for themselves.

All advisors who complete the entire Azamara World Academy program will receive up to 11 CLIA credits.

Advisors can also check out the cruise line’s Travel Partner Alliance Facebook page to answer a weekly question and win a prize.

The Travel Advisor Celebration runs from Sept. 1 through Oct. 31, 2025. During these dates, advisors can also earn Double Group Amenity Points on newly booked affinity groups.
