New Itineraries on Carnival Venezia, Magic, and Vista for 2027/20278

New Itineraries on Carnival Venezia, Magic, and Vista for 2027/20278

Carnival Cruise Line has officially opened reservations for its newly released 2027/28 sailings, featuring three popular ships departing from two of Florida’s busiest homeports — Miami and Port Canaveral.

As part of the update, Carnival announced that the “Fun Italian Style” Carnival Venezia will reposition to South Florida, while Carnival Magic and Carnival Vista will offer expanded sailing options from Port Canaveral. These deployments provide more choice and flexibility for guests looking to explore the Caribbean.

The newly released itineraries include a wide range of sailing lengths and destinations, with highlights such as:

  • Celebration Key – Carnival’s exclusive new destination
  • RelaxAway
  • Half Moon Cay
  • Isla Tropicale

All offering convenient getaways to the Caribbean’s most sought-after ports, perfect for couples, families, and groups seeking both short escapes and longer adventures at sea.

“Carnival Venezia moving to Miami creates even more choice for our guests with longer itineraries to the most popular Caribbean destinations and adds a new flavour of fun with our ‘Italian Style’ experiences,” said Christine Duffy, president of Carnival Cruise Line.

“With Carnival Magic and Carnival Vista continuing to build on their strong popularity, the wide variety of sailings we’re opening today speaks to our commitment to guests who want convenient getaways from Florida.”

Carnival Venezia will relocate to Miami in May 2027, following a seasonal program from Port Canaveral. From her new homeport, Venezia will sail a variety of six- and eight-day Caribbean itineraries through April 2028.

  • Six-day Western Caribbean sailings include Celebration Key, Montego Bay or Ocho Rios (Jamaica), Grand Cayman, Grand Turk, and Amber Cove.
  • Eight-day cruises visit marquee Southern Caribbean destinations like Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao, and Amber Cove.

Venezia, carrying over 4,000 guests, was the first ship to introduce Carnival’s “Fun Italian Style” concept, blending classic Carnival favourites with Italian-inspired design, dining, and entertainment. Guests can enjoy:

  • Il Viaggio specialty restaurant, Amari and Frizzante bars
  • Playlist Productions at Teatro Rosso
  • Guest favourites: Fahrenheit 555 Steakhouse, Bonsai Sushi, Heroes Tribute Bar, Cloud 9 Spa, WaterWorks water park, and more

Carnival Magic will continue to homeport in Miami, with an expanded mix of six- and eight-day Eastern, Western, and Southern Caribbean cruises.

Sample ports include:

  • Celebration Key, Amber Cove, RelaxAway, Half Moon Cay, Grand Turk
  • San Juan, St. Maarten, St. Thomas, St. Croix
  • Southern Caribbean favourites: Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao

Carnival Vista will operate a year-round program from Port Canaveral, offering seven-day itineraries to The Bahamas, Eastern, and Western Caribbean

Itineraries include top-rated ports like:

  • Celebration Key, RelaxAway, Half Moon Cay, Isla Tropicale
  • Montego Bay, Grand Cayman, San Juan, St. Maarten, St. Thomas
