Riverside Luxury Cruises has launched an all-new travel advisor reward program, along with a newly revamped training program, and new AI-enhanced support tools.

“One of the things I love most about this industry is the relationship we have with our travel advisor partners,” said Jennifer Halboth, CEO of Riverside Collection Americas. “They are truly an extension of our team, and we’re always looking for ways to make it easier, more rewarding and more fun to work with Riverside. Whether it’s better education, smarter tools or recognizing our top-producing partners, we’re focused on helping advisors sell more confidently and grow alongside us.”

Leading Riverside’s new initiatives is the launch of the Riverside Star Rewards program, a tiered recognition program designed to reward and celebrate top-performing advisors across North America based on annual revenue performance.

Each tier comes with its own set of perks, including travel credit, enhanced welcome gifts, Riverside merchandise bags, onboard credit to share with clients, and exclusive first looks at news and promotions.

The tiers include:

  • Rising Star: top 15% of advisors
  • Shooting Star: top 5% of advisors
  • Rock Star: top 2% of advisors

Revamped Riverside Education Program

Riverside also unveiled its fully refreshed education program, now featuring a more structured and intuitive learning path. The updated curriculum includes modules such as the Riverside Difference, Ships & Suites, Destinations & Itineraries, Onboard Experience, Culinary, Pricing, Advisor Resources, and more.

The program also includes an enhanced resource library with enhanced selling guidance, updated pricing and package insights, and improved navigation for a more seamless learning experience.

Upon completion of the program, advisors gain access to Riverside’s travel advisor rates. Advisors who previously completed the program are encouraged to revisit the updated modules, though retaking the certification is not required to maintain advisor rate access.

AI-Powered Advisor Concierge

As part of its advisor support initiatives, Riverside also introduced a new AI-powered chatbot into its Riverside Education Program platform. Connected to live systems, the chatbot provides real-time information on pricing, availability, itineraries, excursions, and more.

The new tool includes an advisor-focused Agent Mode that delivers detailed selling support and resources, with a future Consumer Mode planned to inspire travelers while directing bookings through advisors. Available 24/7, the chatbot is designed to help advisors access information quickly and serve clients more efficiently.
