Scenic Group Canada is celebrating Canadians with a special promotion for the 2026-2027 season, a move that continues to show its dedication to the market.

Timed with Canada Day, the six-week promotion is the most extensive national offer from the cruise line to date. Running from June 24 to July 31, 2025, the limited-time offers include up to 35% off on 2026 Europe River Cruises and savings of up to $750 per person on 2026–27 luxury ocean voyages.

“Following Travel Advisor Appreciation Month, we also wanted to recognize and thank our Canadian travellers for their continued trust and enthusiasm—these offers are our way of showing our appreciation,” said Lisa McCaskill, VP, Sales & Marketing, Scenic Group Canada. “From Europe’s iconic rivers to the sun-soaked shores of the Caribbean, we’re proud to offer a range of unforgettable itineraries and exclusive savings designed with Canadian guests in mind.”

McCaskill says they’re seeing strong booking trends from Canadians.

“Business is up by double-digit percentages year over year, which is a positive indicator of growing demand,” she told Travel Market Report Canada.

“Europe continues to be the top destination of choice, with robust interest in both river and ocean cruise experiences. Whether it’s exploring historic cities along the Danube or sailing the Mediterranean in luxury, Canadians are showing a preference for European itineraries.”

McCaskill says that having a Canadian head office based in Vancouver has helped to reinforce the company’s dedication to the market, especially during these tense “elbows up” political times.

“Having a head office in Vancouver is incredibly meaningful to us, especially considering the recent “elbows up” sentiment from Canadians. We’ve had a Canadian sales office since 2008, when we first began selling river cruises in Canada, so our commitment to this market has always been strong.

That said, we’re now more vocal than ever about our Canadian roots – something both travel agents and guests appreciate. In addition, our call centre has been fully Canadian based for over a year and we consistently hear how much people value speaking with someone right in their own backyard. While our Canadian presence is a point of pride, it’s also part of a broader global network.

As an Australian-founded company with offices around the world, we bring a rich multicultural perspective to every journey – welcoming travellers and staff from Canada, Australia, the UK, Europe and the U.S. alike.”
