Scenic Group’s Emerald Yacht Cruises Readies for Fleet Growth

Sleek and elegant Emerald yachts.

Emerald Cruises is preparing to offer new options in luxury yacht cruising, with the inaugural Mediterranean sailing of Emerald Kaia set for April 2026 and steel cut for the next ship in the fleet, Emerald Raiya, which will debut in June 2027.

Emerald Kaia will embark on her inaugural voyage on April 4, 2026, inviting up to 128 guests on a journey that spans the historic coastlines of Greece and Turkey. This exclusive itinerary cruises from Limassol to Athens, traversing the Aegean Sea and exploring ancient wonders with authentic local experiences.

A special moment for guests will be a private concert at Ephesus, soaking in a classical evening performance in the magical, historic setting.

It’s easy to get into the water from an Emerald superyacht.

Among the itinerary highlights are:

  • Exploring the Cave of the Apocalypse on Patmos.
  • Bodrum’s Mausoleum of Halicarnassus, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World.
  • Authentic ‘DiscoverMORE’ experiences including volcanic hikes, Turkish cooking classes and local wine tastings.
  • A guided tour of UNESCO World Heritage site, Delos.
  • A day at sea to enjoy the new yacht’s luxurious amenities.

The sailing coincides with both Roman Catholic and Greek Orthodox Easter Festive celebrations, to enable guests to be immersed in vibrant local traditions and festivities on this voyage.

On board Emerald Kaia, guests will enjoy new design highlights, including the new Observation Sun Deck, featuring a Spa Pool and expansive lounge area with cabanas. The exciting new Night Market dining experience elevates evenings on board, while larger, more luxurious suites and staterooms, including the option of connecting suites for groups or families, provide enhanced comfort.

Innovative wellness areas include an indoor/outdoor gym, salt therapy lounge and a cold plunge, all designed to provide a balance of relaxation and sophistication.

Emerald Raiya Steel Cutting Ceremony

Construction on Emerald Raiya has also reached a milestone with the official cutting of the first sheets of steel for her hull on August 20, 2025, during a ceremony at the shipyard in Vietnam.

With Emerald Kaia joining Emerald Azzurra and Emerald Sakara in 2026, and the future additions of Emerald Raiya in 2027 and Emerald Xara in 2028, Scenic Group says it is committed to redefining luxury yacht cruising.

Bookings are open and available for Emerald Yacht Cruise departures up to April 2028.
