Windstar Reveals First-Ever Southeast Asia Itineraries

Windstar Cruises has revealed its 2026 Southeast Asia program for its newest yacht, the 112-suite Star Seeker, which debuts this December. The line is offering two core itineraries combinable in 17 different variations, including inland pre- and post-cruise/tour programs.
The two core programs are:
- 10-day Vietnam, Cambodia & Thailand: A Vietnam country intensive itinerary stopping at three to four Vietnam ports including overnights in Ho Chi Minh city and Hanoi (Halong Bay), with an additional visit to Cambodia, where guests can opt for a two-night shore excursion to Angkor Wat.
- 11-day Thailand, Singapore & Malaysia: A Thailand country intensive itinerary featuring six Thai ports, plus an overnight in Singapore.
“We are thrilled to release these itineraries after many months of working with our local partners and visiting these destinations for research,” said Melissa Witsoe, Windstar’s senior product manager. “Windstar’s investment in destination development translates into unique, local, and exciting experiences for our guests.”
Star Seeker’s small size enables access to ports and docking locations that larger ships cannon reach, such as Krabi and Ko Yao Noi (both in Thailand), along with sailing up river to dock in the hearts of Ho Chi Minh City and Bangkok.
And what would a Windstar itinerary be without a signature beach party? On these itineraries, guests will enjoy a party on the small Thai island of Koh Kood.
Pre- and post-cruise tour options include a three-night stay in Hanoi, a three-night extension to Angkor Wat, and three nights in Chiang Mai.
Cruisers can also combine cruises into back-to-back Star Collector sailings that range from 20 to 41 days.
