The new Indian cuisine Thali restaurant at Bahia Principe Luxury Runaway Bay.
After closing for repairs in the wake of Hurricane Melissa, the beachfront, 5-star Bahia Principe Luxury Runaway Bay will reopen on April 1. Past guests will find more than just a return to its pre-hurricane beauty.
The biggest news is a brand-new Indian cuisine restaurant named Thali. The Jazmin buffet has been reimagined, A brand-new Indian restaurant, Thali, joins a reimagined Jazmín buffet and a revamped Picasso serving Mediterranean specialties.
The arrival experience at the property has been enhanced by an extension to the lobby terrace and a redecoration of the lobby bar.

The rest of the property remains as attractive as it was before Melissa. Bahia Principe Luxury Runaway Bay features 642 adults-only junior suites with hydro massage tubs, with some boasting stunning ocean views, unlimited à la carte dining, premium liquors, and access to five restaurants, three bars, and three pools, all included.
Meanwhile, Bahia Principe Grand Jamaica is undergoing a comprehensive refurbishment and will reopen its doors on December 1, offering updated facilities and an enhanced experience for guests. Company officials says they will provide further details about this renovation in the coming months.
