The all-inclusive resort sector in the Caribbean and Latin America has seen major growth in recent years, and 2026 is set to be a blockbuster year. As luxury brands like JW Marriott debut new properties and established names like Moon Palace and Royalton expand their portfolios, the trend for high-end, all-inclusive travel is accelerating. From the jungles of Costa Rica to the beaches of Turks and Caicos, here are the new all-inclusive resorts opening in 2026 that you need to know about.

The resort is located about 49 miles from Daniel Oduber Quirós International Airport and will offer secluded luxury within the Costa Elena resort-residential community. It will feature 315 guest rooms, 11 dining options, and 17 swimming pools, plus a 16,000 square spa, a fitness center, and ample meeting space.

Though not an entirely new resort, the expansion to Beach Turks and Caicos is significant enough to include on this list. The major addition of a sixth village to the beloved family resort brings the property’s total room count to 858. Treasure Beach Village opened bookings for its 101 multi-bedroom suites earlier this year. The new area will also debut new food and beverage offerings, such as Butch’s Island Chophouse, BRU coffee bar, and Pinta Food Hall, a brand-new 32-seat cinema, and an infinity pool.
