Collette has added a new feature to its traveler portal, MyCollette, which aims to streamline customer experience.

MyCollette is a digital hub that provides personalized content and resources for travel advisors and their clients, such as itinerary details, destination requirements and travel tips, optional tour add-ons, and more.

With the new feature, travelers can view their Collette Passport Club loyalty tier and available travel credits easily within their account and track rewards. Guests can use this information to start planning their next Collette vacation.

“The launch of our enhanced MyCollette portal marks a major step forward in how we use technology to serve our travelers,” says Jaclyn Leibl-Cote, President and CEO at Collette. “It’s intuitive, personalized, and built to support travelers before, during, and after their trip.”

Collette, now in its 107th year, is the longest-running tour operator in North America. The family-owned company offers over 170 tours to all seven continents across multiple trip styles, including small group guided land tours and river cruises.
