Ensemble Launches Fastrack for Aspiring Travel Agency Owners

by Marsha Mowers  January 21, 2026
Ensemble Launches Fastrack for Aspiring Travel Agency Owners

Ensemble has announced the launch of Fastrack, a new initiative designed to help aspiring travel agency owners build sustainable and profitable businesses.

The program is aimed at individuals who are new to Ensemble and at the earliest stages of agency ownership. For those exploring a career as a travel advisor but not yet ready to open their own agency, Ensemble will facilitate connections with host agencies within its network that best align with their goals and experience.

“This is an incredibly attractive and rewarding industry, but it has traditionally not been easy for agency owners to build and sustain profitability,” said Michael Johnson, President of Ensemble. “Ensemble’s entire focus is on helping our members grow stronger, more profitable businesses, and Fastrack is a natural extension of that commitment. It provides new agency owners with the guidance, structure, and accountability they need to build a solid foundation for long-term success.”

The launch comes amid growing interest in entrepreneurship across the travel sector: according to a recent LinkedIn survey identifying the five fastest-growing careers, travel advisor ranked fifth, highlighting continued demand and momentum within the industry.

Fastrack is offered in two tiers. The Fastrack Basic tier is priced at $85 per month and includes a self-guided course focused on agency set-up, along with access to Ensemble’s full learning library, business resources and ADX — Ensemble’s proprietary all-in-one booking and selling platform. The Fastrack Pro tier is also priced at $85 per month, with an additional one-time fee of $1,999. Pro participants receive one-on-one support as an Ensemble member, registration for Horizons, Ensemble’s annual network-wide conference, and custom website design with one year of ongoing support.

The program’s seven-track curriculum guides participants through every stage of building a travel agency, from defining a business model and completing legal and financial set-up to client acquisition, sales and booking management, talent development and long-term growth planning.

In total, Fastrack includes 38 core courses, with more than 100 additional courses available for continued learning as businesses evolve. As participants progress, they unlock higher levels of membership access, with the goal of graduating into full Ensemble membership and becoming eligible for additional opportunities, including profit sharing.
