TravelBrands Donates $10,000 to Food Banks Canada

TravelBrands has announced a $10,000 donation to Food Banks Canada to support their mission of alleviating hunger today and preventing hunger tomorrow, in collaboration with the coast-to-coast food bank network. The contribution marks the sixth consecutive year of TravelBrands’ support for Food Banks Canada and reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to strengthening local communities and helping Canadians in need.

“Giving back to the community is at the heart of our identity as a company, and we are honoured to support the vital work of Food Banks Canada,” said Nathalie Tanious, President and CEO of HIS Canada, the parent company of TravelBrands. “As more Canadians turn to food banks, we are grateful for the
work Food Banks Canada does to ensure no one goes hungry, especially during a time of year that can be difficult for so many.”

“We are grateful to TravelBrands for their continued generosity and commitment to supporting our vision of a Canada where no one goes hungry,” said Kirstin Beardsley, CEO of Food Banks Canada. “This support facilitates our ability to work with food banks across the country to ensure that the most
vulnerable people have access to the food they need.”

This donation will help support families facing hunger during a time of high demand and reflects a broader commitment to corporate social responsibility through charitable partnerships, employee volunteer programs, and annual fundraising. TravelBrands is dedicated to supporting initiatives that make a significant difference in the lives of Canadians and looks forward to continuing its efforts through 2026 and beyond.
