Intrepid Travel has launched a high-stakes incentive program, giving travel advisors the chance to earn rewards—including a trip valued at $3,500 (USD).

Intrepid is running the incentive program for Q1, offering advisors exclusive perks and rewards for booking small group adventures (SGA). The incentive runs until the end of March, 2025.

For every Intrepid SGA booking in February and March, advisors can offer clients add-ons, which can be stacked with existing offers. These add-ons include a free Urban Adventure (UA) day trip, a $100 future travel voucher (can be applied as a discount at time of booking), or a $100 donation to the Intrepid Foundation, with a $50 match from Intrepid.

For advisors, every February SGA booking earns a chance to win a $350 gift certificate from a fellow B Corp. Three winners get to pick from Patagonia or Athleta.

In March, the advisor with the highest revenue for SGA bookings will earn a free Intrepid trip, valued at $3,500 (not applicable to tailor-made bookings).

January’s winner received a free spot on Intrepid’s upcoming Colombia FAM trip.

“This isn’t just another incentive—this is an agent’s chance to book, win, and travel with Intrepid in a way that benefits both the agent and their clients,” said Laura Hernandez, head of partnerships North America. “The travel landscape is shifting, and agents are at the heart of it. We’re making sure they’re rewarded for leading the way.”

All program details, eligibility, and the form to confirm value-adds are available on Agent Hub.

“Our agents are storytellers, explorers, and changemakers. We want to reward them in a way that celebrates their impact on responsible travel,” added Hernandez. “This incentive isn’t just about sales—it’s about experiencing Intrepid firsthand and passing that excitement on to their clients.”
