Intrepid Travel Names Caroline Tinsley as Head of Partnerships, Canada

Intrepid Travel has promoted Caroline Tinsley to the newly created role of Head of Partnerships, Canada. The company calls the promotion “a key strategic investment in the company’s growth across the Canadian market.”
In her new role, Tinsley will lead Intrepid’s partnership strategy in Canada, with a focus on accelerating industry collaborations, expanding brand alliances, and forging strategic partnerships that deliver long-term impact and visibility for Intrepid.
She will report directly into the regional leadership team and oversee a growing team of Key Partnership Managers as part of an expanded Canadian structure.
“Caroline’s vision, energy, and drive will be instrumental in shaping the next chapter of Intrepid’s partnerships in Canada,” said Christian Wolters, Intrepid’s President of Canada. “We are thrilled to have her leading this key area as we grow our presence and deepen our impact across the Canadian market.”

Tinsley previously served as Global DMC Partnerships Manager, where she helped build global supplier relationships and develop scalable, purpose-led travel products.

Intrepid is actively investing in regional talent, with recent new hires on the West Coast, and a sharpened focus on local partnerships to ensure community-driven growth, amid record growth for Intrepid in the Canadian market:
- Canadian bookings are up 32% year-over-year, leading the North American region.
- Domestic travel is booming, with Canadian bookings to Canadian destinations up 97% YoY, highlighting a surge in local pride.
- East Coast Canada bookings are up 118% YoY, with new fall departures added to meet demand.
