2025 ACTA Award Winners Announced at Toronto Summit

As more than 500 travel professionals gathered for the ACTA Eastern Canada Summit in Toronto last week, the advisor advocacy association announced the winners of its 2025 awards in six categories.

Anyone in the industry can nominate a travel advisor or travel agency, but the nominee must be an ACTA member. ACTA appointed a judging panel to evaluate the nominations.

Congratulations to the 2025 winners:

Leisure Travel Advisor Award

Winner: Barry Davis, Transat Travel Shaganappi, Calgary, AB

Corporate Travel Advisor Award

Winner: Marie Cotsopoulos, Direct Travel, Toronto, ON

Tomorrow’s Leader Award

Winner: Sarah Campbell-Krausert, Uniglobe Carefree Travel, Saskatoon, SK

Ches Chard Education Award

Winner: Kali Gray, Trevello Travel Group, Winnipeg, MB

CTC/CTM Lifetime Achievement Award

Winner: Czarina Sastaunik CTC, CAA Travel Saskatoon Saskatoon, SK

Gerald Heifetz Advocacy Award 

Winner: Liz Fleming, North South Travel
