Travel Leaders Network EDGE Conference: Growth, Tech Investments and Canadian Momentum
by John Kirk
The TLN EDGE Conference is happening now in Las Vegas.
Travel Leaders Network (TLN) unveiled an ambitious roadmap for 2025 at its EDGE Media Briefing at Caesars Palace, Las Vegas.
TLN’s leadership team shared compelling growth figures, previewed technology advancements, and highlighted the organization’s strengthened presence in Canada; all focused on delivering more value for both travellers and travel advisors.

TLN president John Lovell opened the session with encouraging numbers. Overall, the network is tracking a 12% increase in cruise and land sales versus the same time in 2024.
The cruise segment continues to shine across several segments:
Luxury Cruise: +20%
River Cruise: +29%
Premium Cruise: +16%
Contemporary Cruise: +8%
Land travel is also performing well, with Land FIT & Touring up 13%, Fun & Sun up 3.7%, and Parks reporting 12% growth.

Lovell stressed that this success stems from the essential role of travel advisors: “Trips become stories, transactions become relationships, and booking travel becomes crafting travel.”
Christine James, Vice President of TLN Canada, reported record-breaking engagement with its popular Canada Mixers series, attracting 834 members and 192 suppliers, a 36% increase in attendance. TLN will continue to build on that success with Fall Mixers and Regional Events across Canada in key markets like Toronto, Vancouver, and Edmonton.
Additionally, SNAP Air Canada is set for full launch in the coming weeks, offering 106 airlines and already boasting 1,544 users during beta testing. COO Lindsay Pearlman underscored that investments in technology are all about helping advisors thrive, pointing to SNAP Air, field alignment, and marketing platforms as priority areas.
Another key TLN development is the introduction of Social Share, giving advisors access to professionally crafted content for their social media platforms. TLN says the tool will help elevate the online presence of individual advisors, allowing them to engage with clients more frequently, with greater impact.

All posts present themselves as native original posts on their feed, provided they opt in for the service. Currently, 2,200 advisors participate, resulting in over 150 million impressions to an aggregate of 300,000 followers.
Another innovation on the horizon is Super Agent, a technology platform designed to better match travellers with the right advisor through enhanced profiling and AI-powered recommendations. This builds on TLN’s commitment to make it easier for consumers to connect with expert advisors via the world’s largest online directory.

With forecasted revenue growth, expanded Canadian programming, and innovative technology like Social Share and Super Agent on the way, Travel Leaders Network believes it is well positioned through 2025 and beyond. As Lovell put it: “Advisors elevate the everyday—and with these tools, they’re only getting stronger.”
