Celebrity River Cruises’ 2027 Season Sells Out in Five Hours

Celebrity River Cruises’ 2027 Season Sells Out in Five Hours

Getting a cabin during Celebrity River Cruises’ 2027 inaugural year of sailing is proving to be harder than winning the lottery. After selling out its Priority Booking Access in six minutes earlier this month, the rest of the of deployment has now sold out, less than one day after opening to the public.

“When we introduced Celebrity River Cruises, I knew we were onto something special. But the response has exceeded even my wildest expectations,” said Laura Hodges Bethge, president of Celebrity Cruises, in a LinkedIn post. “… in under five hours, every one of our 33 seven-night 2027 sailings on the Danube and Rhine rivers was fully booked.”

Celebrity Compass and Celebrity Seeker will be the first two of 10 planned river cruise ships. Four more will debut in 2028 and another four in 2029. According to Bethge, 2028 itineraries will open for sale in early 2026.
